· Focused on addressing sector challenges, solutions and opportunities

· Capitalized on different views while maintaining constructive dialogue

· Clear workshop programme with some flexibility

· Subjected drafts to BDC review and the general assembly

· Fun exercises (including yoga and action songs) were in the mix
